Looking to Lease Your Condo?
To do so you must do the following:
- Inform the Board that you are going to lease out your condo
- An application must be filled out for each potential tenant (s) moving into your condo.
- Submit $100 for each potential tenant (s) moving into your condo.
- A Back Ground Check will be performed on each potential tenant (s).
- Once Back Ground Check approved then a meeting with your potential tenant (s) must be
scheduled with three Board Members
- Then a written lease must be turned into the Board.
- Granted Permission by the Board to let your tenant (s) move into your condo.
- IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS PROCEDURE PLEASE CONTACT ONE OF THE BOARD MEMBERS BEFORE YOU START THE PROCESS. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LET ANYONE MOVE INTO YOUR PLACE UNTIL THIS PROCEDURE IS COMPLETED. BEFORE YOU ALLOW ANY ADDITIONAL ROOMMATES TO YOUR CONDO THEY ALSO NEED TO GO THROUGH THIS SAME PROCEDURE.
